These terms of service outline the rules and regulations for the use of DroppX's Website.
By accessing this website we assume you accept these terms of service in full. Do not continue to use DroppX's website if you do not accept all of the terms of service stated on this page.
The following terminology applies to these Terms of Service, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and any or all Agreements: "Client", "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company's terms of service. "The Company", "Ourselves", "We", "Our" and "Us", refers to our Company. "Party", "Parties", or "Us", refers to both the Client and ourselves, or either the Client or ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our services to the Client in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings of a fixed duration, or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Client's needs in respect of provision of the Company's stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of Finland. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalisation and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to the same.
Prices include local VAT and are displayed in Euro. We reserve the right for any printing and typing errors.
We do not deliver parcels outside the opening hours of our partners/merchant except where the order delivery is initiated by a user.
Delivery of service is limited 20km radius around Helsinki
DroppX processes all payments via Stripe. Our consumers have the payment options of credit cards, bank wire transfer, and invoice.
If we fail to deliver within the promised time interval, we will refund the payment to the consumer via Stripe. No consumer will pay for a service DroppX has not been able to deliver.
DroppX is responsible for the processing of the personal data that we collect about you.
This information is transferred from the merchant who booked the delivery as well as directly from you.Information we collect includes name, telephone number, e-mail, delivery address, pickup address, credit card details. With delivery outside the door, we can take pictures for quality assurance. When communicating with you, we save metadata about the communication. Calls may be recorded for educational purposes. Your information is stored only as long as it is required to perform our service (for example, to fulfill an agreement or to fulfill quality assurance) or as long as it is prescribed by law.
We do not share your personal information with companies, organizations, or individuals outside of DroppX.
We have built our platforms with strong security features that continuously protect your information.
You can export a copy of your profile from DroppX at any time for your viewing and or backup and you can delete your profile and all information about you from our platform at any time.
Our servers are located in the EU.
Picking up and collecting an Order at the Partner’s point of sale
The Partner shall retain the ordered products for 60 minutes after the Partner has notified the User that the Order is ready for collection. However, this obligation is limited to the opening hours of the particular Partner’s point of sale and the Order has to be collected before the closing time of said point of sale of the Partner.

Unless otherwise stated, DroppX and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on DroppX. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may view and/or print, download pages from any or all DroppX platforms for your own personal use subject to restrictions set in these terms of service.
You must not:
1. Republish material from DroppX
2. Sell, rent, or sub-license material from DroppX
3. Reproduce, duplicate, or copy material from DroppX
Redistribute content from DroppX (unless content is specifically made for redistribution).
Hyperlinking to our Content
1. The following organizations may link to our Web site without prior written approval:
a. Government agencies;
b. Search engines;
c. News organizations;
d. Online directory distributors when they list us in the directory may link to our Web site in the same manner as they hyperlink to the Web sites of other listed businesses; and
e. Systemwide Accredited Businesses except soliciting non-profit organizations, charity shopping malls, and charity fundraising groups which may not hyperlink to our Website.

No use of DroppX's logo or other artwork will be allowed for linking absent a trademark license agreement.
Delivery Partner Data
DroppX is a data processor for all the data of delivery partners.
Data of our delivery partners is important for us to fulfil our legal obligations towards TE Office (The information is used to check the eligibility of a delivery partner to work in Finland and the eligibility to drive a car when applicable), sign agreement with the delivery partners, maintain their accounts on our Platforms and to be able to process service payments to the delivery partners.
When you send us an application for becoming a delivery partner, we ask you to provide us with the following information:
a. Full name
b. Phone number
c. Email address
d. Date of birth
e. Information related to type of the vehicle you own
We also ask whether you are eligible to live and work in Finland. The data above is used for processing your application and is stored for as long as the Agreement between the Delivery Partner and the Company is valid or for as long as your application is in process. You have a full right to have your data deleted if you wish to remove yourself from the process at any point by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
After processing your application and conducting the onboarding session we will collect the following additional information from you:
a. A photocopy of your national passport, ID card or travel document
b. A photocopy of your driving license (if applicable)
c. A photocopy of your Finnish residence permit (if applicable)
The information above is used for verifying delivery partner right to work in Finland and is stored by DroppX for 30 days to review. After that the data is deleted.
In addition to the information mentioned in the first paragraph, the Company collects and keeps the following data:
1. Expiration date of your Finnish residence permit (if applicable). DroppX has a right to ask for additional documents to confirm your eligibility to engage into working activities in Finland.
2. Your social security number for signing the agreement and for processing your payments (when applicable).
3. Your company information including the name, address and the Business ID for processing the payments (when applicable).
Your information is stored during the duration of the delivery services agreement and/or the application process. You have a full right to review the data about you by sending an e-mail to email@example.com
. You also have a right to terminate the agreement and delete the data about you.
We shall have no responsibility or liability for any content appearing on your Web site. You agree to indemnify and defend us against all claims arising out of or based upon your Website. No link(s) may appear on any page on your Web site or within any context containing content or materials that may be interpreted as libelous, obscene or criminal, or which infringes, otherwise violates, or advocates the infringement or other violation of, any third party rights.
Reservation of Rights
We reserve the right at any time and in its sole discretion to request that you remove all links or any particular link to our Web site. You agree to immediately remove all links to our Web site upon such request. We also reserve the right to amend these terms of service and its linking policy at any time.
